The Human Resources department is looking at improving HR processes and would like the help of an intern who would then be trained in all HR practices.

Netaxis was founded in 2010 in Brussels, Belgium, by a team of experienced Telecom engineers and now has over almost 50 members of staff, mostly engineers. In 2017 Netaxis embarked on a program of international growth and has opened offices in The Netherlands, Italy, France and the United Kingdom.

Netaxis offers a range of Telecom solutions, products, and services. The company is committed to fulfil the highest expectations of their customers. More concretely, here are the tasks to which you would be asked to contribute, while always working in conjunction with the company’s Human Resources Director.

What will you be involved in?

Recruitment:

  • Participation in the intake process with the relevant departments.
  • Participation in the dissemination of job offers through the various channels: LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, etc.
  • Participation in the management of the application flow and in the follow-up of candidates.
  • Participation in the onboarding process: agenda planning and communication.

HR Administration:

  • Participation in ongoing projects: educational leave – parental leave, corona bonus etc.
  • Participation in the follow-up and promotion of the internal mobility budget.
  • Participation and follow-up with our insurance broker: cars, pension plan, IT equipment, health insurance: opening and follow-up of ongoing files.

Payroll & Compensation & Benefits:

  • Participation in payroll management: contacts with the various social secretariats of the entities in BE, FR, the Netherlands and England.
  • Participation in benefits management: ordering meal vouchers, mission days, overtime, etc.

Soft HR :

  • Participation in the organisation of company events.
  • Participation in company celebrations: birthdays, company gifts.
  • Participation in appraisal interviews: note-taking in English and report writing.
  • Participation in researching training offers (CEFORA, company option via Udemy or Coursera).

Other:

  • Participation in the setting up of an internal copyright system in the company.
  • Participation in the setting up of an internal bonus system.

  • Participation in the implementation of a transition to an internal operational fleet management.

  • Participation in the implementation of an equitable system between the different entities within the company.

  • Participation in the drafting of policies.

Who are you?

Pre-Sales Engineer

Our Sales & Technical departments are looking for a dedicated and experienced future colleague to join.

Our solutions and products are always improving and as Pre-Sales Manager, you’ll make sure the understanding of the customers’ needs are translated into sales offers that turn into viable projects for the company. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will be part of a team of Sales People and you will mainly have interactions with your direct colleagues and our customers.

More concretely, here are the tasks to which you would be asked to contribute, while always working in conjunction with the company’s Chief Commercial Officer.

What will you be involved in?

  • Coordination of the scope of work with Product Manager and Product Owner.

  • Construction of re-usable templates for Scope of Work (common structure with building blocks).

  • Definition of the dimensioning of each component in the solution (licenses, Server resources, etc…).

  • Build of budgetary proposals beside the scope of work (with Netaxis Products, Third Party products, Professional Services and Support) including Standard Prices and Costs.

  • Assurance of the Projects’ transfer to the Integration Team meaning i.e. participating in internal kickoff and first kickoff with customer to transfer information to the Integration Team and Project Manager.

  • Providence of demos to customers.

  • Construction of a demo lab and keep it stable and running over time (+documentation of the lab).

  • Organization and implementation of POC for customers.

  • Presentation of products to customers as well as internal presentations for our sales people.

Who are you?

  • You have a proven experience in a similar role & you can bring to the business a 10 years’ or more experience in closing deal management amongst an international business setting.

  • You have experience in Telco providers and with Broadsoft platform, Cisco products & Microsoft Teams.

  • You have a very good command of the English language; German being strongly recommended to deal with one of our bigger current customers, and the holding of any additional language is a plus.

  • You preferably hold a Master’s degree.

  • You have a strong sense of responsibility and autonomy.

  • You are hands-on and dynamic.
