At Netaxis we pride ourselves on the quality of our Professional Services. All our engineers and developers are at least senior grade. Many of them rotate between Support and Systems Integration functions ensuring that the skill levels of support teams is maintained at the highest level. We have a policy of continuous education and regularly participate in vendor training and certification programmes. Knowledge is our strength.

We can turn our hand to practically anything related to your voice packet network. We are considered to be strategic partners to our customers: an extension to their own internal engineering staff. With a wide range of top industry vendors as partners we offer Engineering Design Consultancy and Systems Integration and have a growing capability in Fixed and Mobile IMS networks. Our Support teams operate around the clock keeping an eye on Tier 1 and Tier 2 networks and customers regularly use us to validate modifications to PBX systems and SIP trunks. Finally our WebRTC skills have not only been used to develop our in house Video platform but serve as a resource to Telcos and Enterprises looking to grow in this space.

Support Services

Netaxis provide Tier 1, Tier 2 and on-site technical support for telecommunications networks. Our technical staff are skilled in the processes and tools required to run networks and have a broad knowledge base in a wide variety of network equipment. This experience combined with close relationships with vendors ensures a high level of responsiveness when problems are encountered,

Support can extend to helping the customer run the technical side of their business. We perform end customer site audits, specify solutions, document and implement those solutions and then run and monitor the network.

Engineering Services

It’s a real challenge for network operators in today’s communications markets to keep pace with the knowledge needed to stay competitive. Service offerings must evolve far more quickly than has been the experience of the past. Not only are core networks having to change to accommodate the convergence of fixed and mobile services but web based applications are increasingly threatening the established order.

Netaxis Engineering Services are here to help customers in areas where traditional engineering staff may not yet be up to speed. We perform audits, offer advice, architect and design new networks, test, validate and certify these networks and project manage the whole activity.

SIP trunking & IPBX validation centre

Netaxis have huge experience in the field of IPBX and SIP trunk validation. As a provider of Engineering Services and Systems Integration have deal with a wide variety of networks and equipment and understand the issues when there is change. Our Interoperability Lab can be used to test and validate changes to equipment especially when there are firmware upgrades involved.

We use our own in-house developed call simulation (Dory) and network monitoring (Nemo) tools for testing. Scripts can be written for  wide range of scenarios, simple and complex, so that the incremental effort of revalidating equipment is much reduced.

Telecommunications Systems Integration

Netaxis began life as a Systems Integrator and grew from there. SI is still very much part of our core business. We design networks, build networks and test the networks hand in hand with our Customers and Partners. Scale is not an issue. We work in the carrier world and we do this in association with the biggest brands in the game. Oracle, Broadsoft/Cisco, Ribbon Communications (the merger of Genband and Sonus) Alcatel Lucent and Nokia are all vendors with who we deal.

We have particular expertise in being able to find solutions for complex problems. Our in-house team of developers means that we are able to quickly roll out changes to network functionality.
